All for All, the City of Pittsburgh, and Allegheny County invite community leaders to join the Newcomer Engagement Initiative (NEI).

The NEI is a collaborative initiative that exists to:

• Identify incoming and current immigrant and refugee
  communities in the area.
• Build relationships and expand leadership representation into services and discussions.
• Evaluate unmet needs of these groups in order to better inform partners.
• Analyze the effectiveness of equity programs and provide guidance to policymakers about how to improve them.
• Facilitate the connection of City and County resources to these communities.

Monthly listening sessions for community leaders are held via Zoom from 3:30 – 5 p.m. Sessions are translated into a variety of languages as needed. Those who attend receive $20 per session.
