DESCRIPTION:CASA for Kids will honor National Child Abuse Prevention Month with its 2026 Walk for a Child event on Saturday\, April 25 in Canonsburg. \nLearn More\nThe event – which focuses on support\, advocacy\, and change – is a mile-long walk that provides a chance to stand up for abused and neglected children and to help ensure their voices are heard. \nThose interested in participating should meet at the Southpointe Town Center\, located at 1900 Main St. in Canonsburg. DESCRIPTION:Trying Together’s board of directors will host a fundraiser to share information about the organization’s mission and celebrate its impact during a Friendraiser on Thursday\, May 15 at Kingfly Spirits. \nLearn More\nRegistration is now open! The deadline to register is Monday\, May 5. Guests interested in learning more about advocating for early childhood and expanding their network are invited for an evening of information and connection. \nTickets are a donation of $100 per person. The event will include light appetizers and participants will receive a drink ticket for one cocktail.
