DESCRIPTION:Butler County will celebrate the Week of the Young Child with an event featuring learning activities\, free books\, snacks\, and prizes. \nEarly Learning is Dino-Mite! will run from 10:30 a.m. to 2 p.m. on Saturday\, April 18 at The Monarch Training Institute\, located at 100 Brugh Avenue in Butler. \nThe free event\, which is aimed at children from birth to grade school\, will include four live programs\, music therapy\, dinosaur yoga\, storytime\, free books\, prizes\, snacks\, and a photo opportunity with a dinosaur. DESCRIPTION:Join the Homewood Early Learning Hub & Family Center in partnership with the YMCA for a presentation of the Kamin Science Center’s new Mobile Planetarium.\n\nDelight in the magic of the night sky with Kamin Science Center. Take a journey through the stars in an inflatable\, immersive planetarium experience. Get hands-on with a constellation craft and bring the magic home with you. There will be several shows between 5 p.m. and 7 p.m.\n\nAlso\, enjoy additional activities between planetarium shows\, including food and games.\n\nThe event takes place at the YMCA Homewood Brushton Branch\, located at 7140 Bennett Street\, from 5 p.m. to 7:30 p.m. on Friday\, May 15.\n\nRegistration is available online.
