DESCRIPTION:The Center for the Study of Social Policy will host its fall summit\, Ideas Into Action 2026: Shaping a Just Future for Families\, on Wednesday\, September 23 and Thursday\, September 24. \nLearn More\nThe summit will bring together policymakers\, researches\, service providers\, funders\, organizers\, young people\, and families who are directly affected by public policies and systems for engaging conversations and practical workshops to advance policy and system change efforts that will set a new course and shape a just future for families. \nOver two days\, attendees will explore policy proposals and practical tools to address some of the most urgent challenges facing children and families today – from growing economic instability to making child care more affordable and safeguarding child and family well-being amid immigration enforcement. \nWorkshops will offer concrete skill-building and tools to help participants advance their work in support of family well-being. The event will run from 11 a.m. to 5 p.m. on the first day\, and 1 p.m. to 4:45 p.m. on the second day\, depending on the workshop. \nThe cost to attend the summit is $58.
