DESCRIPTION:The second annual 3 Crafty Kids Summer Art Show will be held at Bella’s Wishes in Ambridge from June 17 to 27. \nLearn More\nThe show features original paintings\, pottery\, fused glass\, photography\, stickers\, fairy wands\, 3D prints\, magnets\, shirts\, bags\, and other original artwork created by local children. \nVisitors are encouraged to help the children give back to the community by donating cat food\, kitten litter\, or cat toys for a local cat rescue during the show. \nThe show’s Artist Meet & Greet on Wednesday\, June 24 from 5 p.m. to 7 p.m. Light refreshments will be available.

DESCRIPTION:The Homewood Early Learning Hub & Family Center’s staff will administer the ASQ-3 developmental screening tool and provide feedback and resources during designated timeslots on Thursday\, June 18. \nLearn More\nThe Ages & Stages Questionnaires (ASQ) are a series of parent-completed questionnaires that screen and monitor a child’s development between one month and 5-and-a-half years of ages. \nCaregivers can register their child and choose a time slot\, anticipating that the screening will take approximately an hour. Two related children can be screened during a single time slot. \nAvailable time slots include: \n\n10 a.m. to 11 a.m.\n11 a.m. to noon\n1 p.m. to 2 p.m.\n2 p.m. to 3 p.m.\n3 p.m. to 4 p.m.\n\nAny questions should be sent to Nicole Banner at nicole@tryingtogether.org. \nRegister now.

DESCRIPTION:Dust off your baseball glove\, put on your Trying Together gear\, and join us at PNC Park to support Trying Together as the Nonprofit of the Game! We will be there sharing information about the work we do and cheering on the Pittsburgh Pirates as they take on the Miami Marlins. As an added bonus – all children will have the opportunity to run the bases after the game! \nThe Pittsburgh Pirates will take on the Marlins at PNC Park at 12:15 p.m. on Sunday\, June 14. All tickets include a $5 food and beverage credit. A portion of each ticket purchased goes towards Trying Together’s mission of supporting high-quality care and education for young children. \nTicket sales for this event have closed. \nFor more information\, check out the event’s flyer.
