DESCRIPTION:Course Description: \nIf you are working with young children and need resources to support their social-emotional development then this session is for you! This is an opportunity to explore online social and emotional resources available to help address the needs of the young children and families. Match content and format to find just what you need\, just when you need it. Bring your own device (BYOD) so that you can dig in and explore. Resources include tools to prevent suspension and expulsion\, coaches’ kits matched to observation/assessment results\, guides for families about teaching self-control and more. Learn about center-based and home-based supports that are available \nTraining Outcomes: \nDemonstrate how to access free social emotional resources for staff and families that are available on demand.\nMatch learning needs to specific tools to address those needs.\nUtilize three or more resources within one week of completing this session\nTraining Hours: 3 Act 48 Clock Hours\, 3 PQAS hours (K2.13 C1) and 3 Infant Toddler Training Hours You need to arrive on time and stay until the end to receive the training hours. \nRegistration:\nNo registration fee will be charged for this event.
