Autism Pittsburgh’s Azure Family Concerts will feature five upcoming free shows throughout the summer.

Each performance includes about 45 minutes of live music and attendees can participate in an “Instrument Petting Zoo” after each show. Visitors can learn about, hold, and play the instruments.

Each performance will feature a designated quiet room that is easy to access. With the exception of Aug. 11’s Hands-on-Drumming (3 p.m. to 4 p.m.), all concerts run from 2 p.m. to 3 p.m.

Performances include:

• Family Funtime with Monique & Family – June 30 at Lindsay Theater
• Cello Fury Concert – July 14 at Schenley Plaza tent
• Wongai to West Africa – Aug. 11 at Schenley Plaza tent
• Hands-On Drumming – Aug. 11 at Schenley Plaza tent (3 p.m. – 4 p.m.)
• Songs in the Plaza – Sept. 8 at Schenley Plaza tent
