Join the Homewood Children’s Village and fight the cycle of poverty.
Circles is a long-term community-based approach to end poverty permanently. Each week, local families working to overcome poverty (Circles Leaders) meet with community volunteers(Circles Allies) over dinner and programming. A national model, Circles groups exist in several communities in Pittsburgh and will now be in Homewood as well.
This is an excellent and practical way to build community around a shared sense of purpose, careful intention, and rigorous learning through a fun, supportive, and loving experience.
