ELRC Region 5 will conduct free screenings using the Ages & Stages Questionnaire (ASQ) in April. Families with children ages two months to five years are invited to participate.

Screenings will be offered on these dates:

The screening can take 40 minutes to an hour, and results are immediately provided.
