Grow stronger together, and join ECE professionals from across PA to learn more about active shared service alliances. Community and provider teams are encouraged to attend this event, but individuals are also welcome. Registration is free.

Session topics include:

• Starting an Alliance;
• How Shared Services can support staffing challenges;
• Moving from a directors group to an alliance;
• Supporting quality improvement through shared services;
• Developing a shared service action plan-from a dream to reality.
