This course is for individuals in Allegheny County. 

Ages and Stages Questionnaires Course

During this virtual course, participants will learn how to use the ASQ® and ASQ:SE® as a screening tool for children ages three months to five years old. This session will provide information on how to administer the screener, score the screener, and share the results with families. Presenters will also include resources for making referrals to additional services if needed.

Registration

Step One (Event Registration)

To register, complete the registration form by July 29, 2022. Please have your PD Registry and PPID numbers available (if any).

Step Two (Requesting Credit)

To receive credit, complete the PD Registry Credit Request Form (in addition to the registration form). Three PQAS and Act 48 credit hours available.
