Trying Together is asking for the communities it serves to take a survey to help the organization provide the best resources and opportunities.

The survey aims to collect up-to-date information for those it serves and includes such questions as:

• Demographic and Identity
• Preferred language
• Necessary accommodations to participate fully in Trying Together events and activities
• Dietary preferences or restrictions

It also provides the opportunity to sign up for seven e-communication subscriptions, such as the Trying Together and ELRC Region 5 newsletters and public policy alerts.

The survey only takes a few minutes to complete and those who fill it out will be automatically registered for a chance to win a gift card.
