The conference is now soliciting proposals for both presentations and for a poster session.
The poster session is scheduled for Wednesday May 2 from 5:00 to 6:30 pm.
The poster session is an opportunity to share academic research regarding innovative, promising, collaborative, and creative program practices focused on supporting the health and wellness of youth from birth to young adulthood and their families. All community partners are invited to submit proposals for review.
