Want to learn how to use Ages and Stages Questionnaires as a screening tool for young children? Join Trying Together on Tuesday, June 15 for our free course.

This course is for individuals in Allegheny County. Those who do not secure a spot will be placed on a waitlist.

Ages and Stages Questionnaires Course

Participants will learn how to use ASQ® and ASQ:SE® as screening tools for children ages three months to five years old. This session will provide information on how to administer and score the screener, and share the results with families. Presenters will also include resources for making referrals to additional services if needed.

Registration

Step One (Event Registration)

To register, complete the registration form by June 11. Please have your PD Registry and PPID numbers available (if any).

Step Two (Requesting Credit)

To receive credit, complete the PD Registry Credit Request Form (in addition to the registration form). Three PQAS and Act 48 credit hours available.
