This in-person training includes American Red Cross-First Aid, CPR, and AED, including Pediatric First Aid, with a lunch break in the middle. Please bring your own lunch and water for the lunch break.

This course has an emphasis on hands-on learning. It teaches participants the skills to save a life. This course aligns with OSHA’s Best Practices for Workplace First Aid Training Programs. Certification is issued upon successful completion. This certification is valid for two years.
