ELRC Region 5: Ask the Coaches (Staff Qualifications)
Allegheny County child care owners, directors, and teaching staff: Do you have questions about staff qualifications according to the Keystone STARS Standards? Join ELRC Region 5 on May 27 for their online discussion, “ELRC Region 5: Ask the Coaches (Staff Qualifications)”.
About
ELRC Region 5 Quality Coaches will host a one-hour discussion for Allegheny County child care owners, directors, and teaching staff to ask questions, network with peers, and learn about staff qualifications according to the Keystone STARS Standards. ELRC Quality Coaches will:

- review what professional development staff need in the areas outlined in the standards,
- provide resources on where to find professional development, and
- discuss how the Career Pathway relates to staff qualifications.
Additional discussions will be held on the fourth Thursday of every month via Zoom. Discussion topics will vary based on participant feedback and current events. One PQAS credit hour will be available.

Registration
STEP ONE: Register
To register, complete the online registration form. Registration will close on May 25 at 5 p.m. Space is limited. Please have your PD Registry Number available.
STEP TWO: Request Credit
One PQAS credit hour will be available. To receive credit, participants must complete the PD Registry Credit Request Form (in addition to the registration form).
