Addressing Behaviors That Challenge will teach participants how to respond to children’s behavior by reflecting upon their own reactions to children’s behavior, regulating their emotional reactions, and engaging families to understand the reasons for their child’s behavior.

The course consists of 16 training hours, including six two-hour sessions delivered over three weeks and four hours of independent work. This includes journal writing, viewing recordings, and practicing skills through an online simulation experience.

Attendance is required at all live sessions. Participants who complete the course will receive a certificate.
