Enjoy a screening of the PBS documentary series “Mysteries of Mental Illness” followed by a panel discussion on addressing the stigma surrounding mental illness. Presenters will explore attempts across generations to unravel the mysteries of mental illness and give voice to contemporary Americans across a spectrum of experiences.

Penn State Extension Food, Families, and Health Extension Educator Cynthia Pollich will share information about supporting those in need of mental health support. Presenters will:

- identify key elements of stress and what to look for, and
- examine steps to take when you are seeking support and solutions.
