Connecting Storytime to Learning Experiences
Event Navigation
Want to learn how to use interactive storytime sessions in your classroom? Join Trying Together on May 26 for our free online course, “Connections and Conversations: Connecting Storytime to Learning Experiences.”
About
Presenters will demonstrate how to execute interactive storytimes in early education classrooms using the book “The Mitten” by Jan Brett. Presenters will share examples and discuss how to use the text to connect to learning experiences in the classroom. Participants are invited to brainstorm other activities and learning experiences.
Connections and Conversations Virtual Check-Ins are interactive sessions that highlight early childhood education topics. Participants engage in virtual discussions with child development experts and interact with early learning practitioners to share questions, experiences, and expertise about connecting learning experiences to storytime.
