Help Students Manage Their Emotions

By attending, educators will:

• • explore a variety of reading activities for mono and multilingual families;
• • explore ways for encouraging play that ties back into the text;
• • learn about strategies and tools for effectively communicating with families;
• • hear solutions for reaching families in person and digitally from practicing educators at the classroom and district level; and
• • explore resources for placing books in homes, including giving every attendee access to Worldreader’s digital library and summer family book collection.

This webinar is best suited for pre-k through elementary school teachers, librarians, school and district leaders, ELL educators, migrant family coordinators, and Title 1 coordinators. Time for questions will be available.
