Are you interested in learning how to use Ages and Stages Questionnaires (ASQ)® as a screening tool for children ages three months to five years old? Join Trying Together on Thursday, March 18 for our online course, “Using Ages and Stages Questionnaires® as a Screening Tool.”
About
During this course, participants will learn how to use the ASQ® and ASQ:SE® as a screening tool for children ages three months to five years old. This session will provide information on how to administer the screener, score the screener, and share the results with families. Presenters will also include resources for making referrals to additional services if needed. Three hours of PQAS and/or Act 48 credit are available.

Registration
STEP ONE (EVENT REGISTRATION)
To register, complete the online registration form. Space is limited, so register today to save your spot. Registration will close on March 16 at 5 p.m. Please have your PD Registry and PPID Numbers available (if any).
STEP TWO (RECEIVING CREDIT)
Three hours of PQAS and Act 48 credit are available. To receive credit, participants must complete the PD Registry Credit Request Form (in addition to the registration form).
