Provider Listings

All early learning, after school, summer camp, and virtual program educators and providers in Allegheny County are invited to create or update their program profile on Allegheny Child Care.

Providers can add, view, and edit their profile listing at providers.alleghenychildcare.org.

In particular, programs are asked to update their:

  • current operational status (open/closed and availability);
  • age group(s) served; and
  • basic profile information.

Once a program administrator has used the tool to adjust or confirm their listing, they will receive regular email or text reminders to update their vacancy information so parents can search for and find their program. By updating program information, the tool assists directors and owners with promoting and marketing their programs to families and helps to expedite the process for getting children enrolled. Families who use the tool are then able to more easily find their desired program making an often stressful task less burdensome.
