Most centers are open Monday through Friday, 9 a.m. to 4 p.m. Please call a center near you for more information about their daytime and evening hours. Fatherhood Programs The Allegheny County Department of Human Services offers programs to support fathers, including Fatherhood Programming at Family Support Centers.
