Coaching and Mentoring Professional Development Series

Tuesday, 6:00 pm to 8:00 pm

The ECE practice of coaching and mentoring leads to the creation of a healthier and more effective workforce. In the Strengthening ECE Practice through Coaching and Mentoring series, the Trying Together PD/QI team will work with participants to learn about:

  • the differences between coaching and mentoring
  • the importance of adult communication and building relationships between mentors and mentees
  • how reflective and responsive practices translate into the implementation of mentoring and apprenticeship in a program setting

Series Details

Sessions are held on Tuesdays from 6 – 8 p.m. Dates are as follows:

  • May 24
  • May 31
  • June 7
  • June 14

This course is eligible for matriculation for 1 stackable credit at Carlow University. Register today.
