A new interactive tool from OCDEL is connecting ECE professionals to professional development opportunities that help them:

• • meet Pennsylvania’s Department of Human Services (DHS) Certification requirements,
• • meet Keystone STARS Standards for Continuous Quality Improvement (CQI),
• • advance their Career Pathway level, and
• • receive career advisement from Professional Development Organizations (PDOs) in Pennsylvania.

Presented as a slide deck, the tool allows professionals to select a topic of interest, learn more about available programs, and access program links in one central location. The page provides additional information on other subjects and tools, such as the Professional Development (PD) Registry, Financial Assistance, Credentials and Degrees, Career Pathways, and more.
