Local early education data (Mercer, Butler, Venango, & Lawrence Counties) indicates that for continued success in school, area children need additional support in literacy, math, and problem solving.

Join the Midwestern Early Childhood (MWEC) Council and local Lakeshore Learning trainer, Ms. Jenna Sekerak, to demonstrate kits that combine classic stories with hands-on STEM and literacy activities!

Each registrant will select their unique kit at the training, and learn age-appropriate STEM teaching strategies for school and home. These resources will aid teachers with children of ages 3-7 to:

• build critical language and literacy skills,
• boost creative expression,
• demonstrate engineering concepts,
• and much more!
