Thursday, 1:00 pm to 4:00 pm Free

Join policymakers, scholars, and practitioners at the National Prenatal-to-3 Research to Policy Summit to learn how to strengthen state policies that impact the prenatal-to-three development period of children.

Prenatal-to-3 Research to Policy Summit

Held virtually on Thursday, October 7, the Prenatal-to-3 Research to Policy Summit convenes policymakers, scholars, and practitioners from across the country to learn how to strengthen state policies that impact children. Participants will:

    • hear directly from state leaders about what actions they have taken and what lessons have been learned over this historic year;
    • learn which state policies and strategies are most impactful on the prenatal-three developmental period and where stares are on each of them;
    • listen to an in-depth analysis of how a set of state policy choices lead to substantial variation in the resources available to a sample family of three based on which state they live in;
    • and hear about the host’s latest review of the evidence on promising and innovative prenatal-to-three policies and strategies, including child allowance, fair work scheduling, and more.
