Trying Together has released its donor impact report for 2024-2026, highlighting what was achieved when our community came together—to celebrate early educators, advocate for change, support career growth, and create opportunities for young children, families, and educators to thrive.

When Trying Together collaborates with supporters like you to advocate, partner, and learn together, we create a future in which caregivers feel valued; children have access to high-quality early learning environments; and families have the resources they need to support their children’s early learning experiences.

While Trying Together and our partners work daily to make this future a reality, there are still many children, families, and caregivers in our own neighborhoods who need our help. When you support Trying Together today, you are ensuring that all children in Southwestern Pennsylvania can thrive for years to come.

Trying Together supports the work of early childhood by being an experienced facilitator of inclusive learning opportunities. The Month of the Young Child is a time to elevate the important work of early care and education professionals – and to show our support for those looking to grow in their careers.

For many early childhood educators, obtaining credentials like the Child Development Associate (CDA) credential can be cost-prohibitive. With your support this Month of the Young Child, Trying Together can continue to help early childhood educators overcome this hurdle and become successful leaders in the field.

While Trying Together and our partners are supporting the work of early childhood, there are still many children, families, and caregivers in our neighborhoods who need help. We need your financial support to continue and expand this work so all children in Southwestern Pennsylvania can experience healthy development and thrive for years to come.

Every two years from 2016-2022, Trying Together released “Community Reports” that reflected upon the accomplishments of the organization and looked ahead to the future. While there has been a shift to a “Donor Impact Report” in 2024, the Community Reports are still available.

As the year comes to a close, we celebrate all our community has done to advance the work of early childhood education. With your support, Trying Together has advocated for the needs and rights of young children, collaborated with families, and facilitated inclusive learning opportunities for educators.

Gifts will be accepted through Tuesday, December 31, 2024. Donations will support our end-of-calendar year giving goals.
