January 3, 2020 Little Learners Children birth to 5 years old and their caregivers are invited to join the Carnegie Library of Pittsburgh – West End for “Little Learners” to laugh, discover, and explore with their child during this special playtime. Babies, toddlers, preschoolers, and their caregivers will make friends and use toys to learn about their world. Grown-ups will have a chance to chat with child development specialists and ask questions about caring for their little ones. July 3, 2019 Little Listeners Play Group Families with children under the age of three with hearing loss are invited to join the DePaul School for Hearing and Speech for their Little Listeners Play Group sessions! About This playgroup focuses on developing listening and spoken language through play and social interaction. Designed for children under the age of three with hearing loss, participating families will enjoy a variety of developmentally appropriate play-based activities, an onsite pediatric audiologist who can guide and answer questions, and time for parents to relax and unwind. March 28, 2019 Work Together Wednesday’s Join the Carnegie Science Center every Wednesday during the Month of the Young Child (April) from 10:00 a.m. to 12:00 p.m. for a series of collaborative building activities inside of their Little Learner Clubhouse. All Little Learner Clubhouse activities are included with the purchase of general admission. Children under the age of 2 receive free admission. About the Little Learner Clubhouse Aspiring scientists age 6 and under and their families are invited to explore this nature-inspired hub for free-play and hands-on activities!
