Third Thursday volunteer events bring a comprehensive overview of tree care. This month, volunteers will care for the trees at and near Lytle Land Park.

Volunteers will learn as they provide care for community trees. Partners from the community are welcome to join and highlight how trees play a beneficial role as volunteers learn and work together to promote the local community forest.

The event will run from 5 p.m. to 7 p.m. on Thursday, Sept. 19 at Lytle Land Park. For more information, email volunteer@treepittsburgh.org.
